Office in Amsterdam
We recently completed an office fit-out project in Amsterdam, acting as Client Representative across all stages of the project. Located within a newly constructed building on the Apollolaan, the project presented a unique opportunity to deliver a characterful workplace within a new office building.
Our involvement began with drafting a comprehensive brief and assembling a team of designers and contractors. We established and guided the design tone and direction, maintaining close involvement to ensure that each design proposal aligned with the goals and aspirations of the project.
By overseeing every aspect of the process, we eliminated the complexities for our client, allowing them to remain focused on their core business while we ensured the project was delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest possible quality.
Key responsibilities included conducting regular design reviews, managing the project budget, and optimizing resource allocation to maximize the project’s impact and value. During the construction phase, we carried out regular site visits and collaborated closely with both the design team and the contractor, monitoring progress, addressing and resolving challenges as they arose, and keeping the project on track.
Our role extended to designing bespoke, fitted furniture items, as well as selecting and specifying interior accessories that complemented the overall interior design.
